so im 13 first off and im not to young to date. ik its puppy love and not real so plz dont tell me that. k so i dated this guy in june and we went out for bout 3 weeks. he ended it. then my friend called me a week later and said that he asked her out so i got mad but didnt tell him i knew. so he is a player but oh well i knew that before he asked me out. anyways so school started last wednesday and he texted me as soon as school ended and was acting all excited and stuff so then yesterday night he was texting me and was like hey are you free tomorrow? and i was like idk? y? and he asked if i wanted to go to the movies? i told him i was busy but y did he do this? it was sooo akward? does he want me back? what should i do? btw he also said that he likes me but just wanted to be friends right now? what does he mean and maybe tips on flirting cuz im really bad at that thanks(:
