Is msn.com email id free or not ?

I tried to go on the below link to make a new msn id.. https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?ns=msn.com&sl=1&vv=650&lc=1033 After completing the link, I mentioned my personal details like date of birth and all.. Then I was directed to a page of terms and conditions and was suprised to see that they has mentioned trial basis free service and payment and billing.. I am assuming that it is a paid subsciption.. Please check the terms in the below link... http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=tou&mkt=en-us What do u guys think...
