casual dating or relationship?
i have been seeing this older guy for 3 months now. as far as i know he isnt seeing anyone else. we talk on a daily basis. see one and another 4-5 times a week. we are intimate. but there is no title. neither of us have discussed it. am i in a relationship? or are we still casually dating - still free to see other people? he brought up his exes recently - apparently they contacted him for various reasons - and i didnt react to it. but it got me thinking - what is going on.

- If you start having sex with someone without first establishing a relationship (and the TERMS of that relationship), then you need to assume that there is no commitment. Commitments are established verbally, not sexually. If what you want is a relationship, you may be in luck, because he may feel the same way. But don't be shocked if he doesn't; you've let this go on without agreeing to any commitments, so he's in no way obligated to agree to anything now. Next time, work things out before letting the relationship advance, or risk the same situation.
