2. No. Nice guys can finish first, but you cannot be boring. A girl doesn't want a guy that constantly compliments her or agrees with her. Girls want you to question them. They just don't want some guy to blow smoke up their ass. Yes, girls prefer the bad boy, but that is only their sexual deviant side. That's their fantasy, but the nice guys are long-term hookups.
3. Real girls love a nice guy, but a lot of girls get really turned off by a girl being overly sweet, overly gushy, etc... If you're a nice guy you can give a few compliments, but keep a masculine, mysterious air about you on first dates and whatever. Someone who is all over a girl looks needy, desperate, or just plain weird.
4. Depends on the girl and the age really. For instance, when I was younger I had this thing for bad guys, don't really know why as it usually ended in tears but I dated mostly bad guys. And now that I'm in my mid 20s, bad guys make me yawn and do not interest me at all. I like the sweet nice ones. So it really does depend on the girl and the age.
5. Yes. A nice guy doesn't finish until I have. Or at least he waits for me.
