1. What's the big rush in having a girlfriend? Maybe you should join some sports teams in your area or get involved with karate. That way you can be active and still meet people. Girlfriends are a lot of work and until you're ready for it (and not only to say that you have a girlfriend), then just concentrate on your studies and meeting friends.

4. I very much doubt there are any 'teen dating websites', because there are so many pervs out there. You're only 13, there's no rush.

6. I have the same problem trying to find a boyfriend. I'm homeschooled too, and I have a crush, but he's like 4 years older than me, and probably thinks of me as a sister. I mean, I'm 13. Just hang in there dude, you'll find her. Don't lose hope! =) BEST WISHES!
