why do girls hate dating shorter guys?

i was just wondering what do girls think of dating a guy that is shorter than them. i know most girls i speak to dont like the idea but why ?, does height really matter that much? also i would like to ask you girls how tall or short do you like your boys? i myself am a 6'3 i was rejected by a an average 5'7 girl because she said i was too tall for her.....which is really weird.haha

8. I don't think your assumption is correct. There is a couple at the factory at which I work. The guy is really short (maybe 4' 9") and the girl is rather tall, taller than I (maybe 5' 6"). Anyway, they are it seems, a very happy couple in love, dating now, and I don't think his shortness is an issue.

10. most of the tall girls i know date really short guys. but most of the tall guys i know date medium/tall girls. except for my dad. 6' tall. married to someone 5'1". so i don't think height matters. i used to date a guy 7 inches taller than me. and i was 5'1 at the time.

12. If a guy is near my height its weird bc I'm only 5'2! The shortest i will date is 5'6 and have no limit on how tall lol. The tallest guy I've been with is 6'7 and hes like a foot and a half taller lol its not really that weird. If I was like 5'8 it wouldn't be weird for me to date a shorter guy.

This chick started a new job at this company..so shes walking around meeting all the new people there..so shes walking around and this dude comes up to her, takes a deep sniff and replies "oooooo aaaaah your hair smells nice"..the chick looks at him all weirded out and walks on.. The following day the chick is at work doing her thing, then once again this dude walks up to her takes a deep sniff and replies "ooolaalaaaaa your hair smells nice"..now this chick is peeved off and totaly weirded out..so she goes to the HR manager to lay a complaint.. 17. Girls tend to like dating guys who are taller then them because it makes them feel feminine. Most girls like feeling feminine. I'm 5'6" and my boyfriend is 5'2"... yeah, I know thats short for a guy, but its his personality that makes him seem so much bigger, he is always the life of the party and everyone likes him. Another reason that girls wont date guys shorter then them is because they worry too much about what other people think and society tells us that the guy should be taller then the girl.
