Any free Dating or Marriage Site specifically for people with Disabilities?

I am looking for a free Dating or Marriage site specifically for people with Disabilities. I have searched the net and found a couple of that say free but once I register all of them ask for Membership fee to send / chat with the members. If you know of any free dating or marriage site that is specifically targeted at people with disabilities please let me know.

1. free www.whispers4u.com www.dating4disabled.com also (but limited membership_ www.soulfulencounters.com low cost, but decent www.lovebyrd.com www.hfriends.com when some site say they are free--they mean free to sign up, browse--but you have to pay to actually contact people.... the 2 free ones I mentioned are completely free to contact people--the 3rd has a minimal ($2? verification fee--one time payment) I believe lovebyrd was about $15/month and hfriends about $7---alot cheaper than Match, eharmony, yahoo, etc..which charge $40+ 1 month---and only go down to $20 if you sign up for months at a time...
2. You might want to go to Yahoo Groups and see if they have some PWD dating or marriage email groups.
