Are a majority young guys shy, compared to girls?
Ok, today I was on the college campus with some friends, and we were talking about girls and stuff. A few fine girls passed us by. One of my friends was going to hook me up with her, and sadly, I left to return back to class. After I heard he brung a girl over for me, I felt shame and disappointed that I blew my chance! So the question is, are a majority of guys shy and nervous when it comes to girls and dating, compared to vice versa? And do girls really have it easy when it comes to dating and guys?

- It deends on the personality, some guys have no problem asking girls out, and on various occasions some ladies can ask a guy out. So it depends if you have high confidence level.
- well im 14, and ive found that alot of guys are very outgoing, except when they actually go to ask a girl out and then they all shy and nervous - mainly becuase their afraid of getting rejected. as a girl myself, i would say girls have it just as hard, we just try not to show it. like i get so nervous around guys i like, but i have to make it look like i completely know what im doing, cause after all, confidence is key ;D
- it really depends on your personality. but sure, alot of guys are shy. but don't worry about who has it easier, don't worry if you're friends arent as nervous, just try to be more outgoing in the future. no problem.
- Yes most guys are shy compared to girls! I see it in my own home I am the only girl and even my husband was not able t ask girls out > my children are the same way the girls have to come to them they are so shy about it . i actually find it different from when i was in school i don't remember guys being so shy.
