Is there a TOTALLY free dating service on the Internet?
I mean completely free and not free for a week or free to use your credit card to send an email. Not desperate. More like cheap. There are dozens of sites that let you sign up and post your profile for free, but then charge you $30/month to send an email to someone that matches you.
